Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2009, the Defendant issued to the Busan District Court a summary order of 700,000 won of a fine due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and a summary order of 1.5 million won of a fine by the same court on June 15, 2015.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of around 04:45 on October 11, 2015, driven the B rocketing car at approximately 100 meters away from the 100-meter section of the hotel up to the front road of the hotel, around the Guridong located in Busan-gu, Busan-do.
