A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Points of purchasing philophones;

A. At around 17:51 on April 16, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.06g of 10,000 won in cash from his DNA car, which was stopped on the road in front of the store in Jinju-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, and the primary mental medicine drug, which is a disposable injection device (hereinafter “copon”).

On June 2, 2018, around 12:47, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.15g of philopon in the first place of the agricultural cooperative located in J, Jinju-si, from E, about KRW 2.50,000 in cash.

2. Sale of philophones;

A. On April 16, 2018, around 18:00, the Defendant sold approximately 0.03g gramphones (50 cm) 50,000 to L (50,000) purchased on the front of K in J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of 1.

B. On May 26, 2018, around 18:30, the Defendant sold to L a 100,000 won of philopon 0.03g, which is contained in a disposable injection machine purchased, such as paragraph 1(b).

On June 2, 2018, the Defendant sold approximately 0.12g of philophones 0.12g to N around 250,00,00 won, which were purchased in the residence of N(61 tax) located in N(61) No. 403, Jin-si, Jin-si, Gyeongnam-si, in accordance with paragraph 1(c).

3. On April 16, 2018, the Defendant possessed approximately 0.03 g of philophones, which were contained in the disposable injection machine purchased, such as paragraph (a) of O, 12 12 dong 106 and 106 around 19:0.

4. Points of the administration of philophones.

A. On April 17, 2018, the Defendant, at around 18:00, in a mutual influor office located in the Jinju-Eup, Jin-si complex, Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul, by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophonephones purchased, such as paragraph 1-A, into a single-time injection machine, and melting them into the blood cells of his own with water.
