The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2015, around 03:30 on July 18, 2015, the Defendant acquired 190,000 won at the market price of 90,000,000 won, which includes gallon 1, a victim owned by the victim D, in front of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
