1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant Bmph shall not be registered at the Daegu District Court’s office on each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff clan is a clan set up in D. 21 years of age for D. The defendant B clan (hereinafter "the defendant clan") is a clan set up in D. 20 years of age for D. F, the father of E, has seven children, including G, E, H, I, J, K, and L.

B. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”) was registered in around 1981 as co-ownership share registration for the M (each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9) of the Plaintiff clan, N (each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10), P (each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, 3, 4, and 5), Q (each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, 7, and 8), R (attached sheet No. 7 and 8), and S (each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 7 and 8) of the Plaintiff clan.

C. The plaintiff clan held a general meeting on February 20, 1994 to appoint theO as the president, and received registration numbers around December 26, 1994 after the establishment of the clan regulations.

Plaintiff

On June 7, 1995, the clan completed the registration of ownership transfer on the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 2 through 9, and on June 12, 1996, on the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “the forest of this case”).

E. On April 1, 2013, the Plaintiff clan decided to hold a general meeting and appoint T as the president.

F. On September 30, 2013, N sent a notice of convening a meeting of the Plaintiff clan on September 30, 2013: “Temporary: 19:00 on October 6, 2013; the place: V charcoals, agenda items: the amendments to the clan Regulations, the disposal of property, and the case of the call of the executive officers of the Gu, sent a notice of convening a meeting of the Plaintiff clan on October 11, 2013; thereafter, the date was changed to 11:00 on October 6, 2013.

G. On October 6, 2013, 42 members of the Plaintiff clan, 20, 9 descendants of G, and 13 descendants of H attended the general assembly (hereinafter “instant general assembly”), and executives, such as changing the name of the clan from the Plaintiff to the Defendant clan, amending the rules to reflect the change of name, and making the president N.
