A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a DNA-learning car under the influence of alcohol by 0.098% from the 14km section from the 14km section from the 14km section from the 14km section from the 106:23 at Ansan-si to the front-si road.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence.
