Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 18, 2018, the Defendant was driving a fenz C220 vehicle from a distance of about 350 meters from the old world in Mayang-gu B to the front road in the same Gu, at around 350 meters, at around September 18, 2018 without obtaining a driver’s license.
2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle with Fenz C220.
On September 18, 2018, the Defendant appears to have no particular hindrance to the Defendant’s exercise of his/her right to defense by stating the facts constituting a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) under Article 1 of the Road Traffic Act without obtaining a driver’s license at around 18:10 on September 7, 2018.
