1. As to KRW 13,61,566 and KRW 11,064,936 among the Plaintiff, Defendant B shall be from October 18, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Although there is no dispute between the parties to the claim as to the claim as to Defendant B, Defendant B is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20.9% per annum per annum from October 18, 2019 to the date of full payment of the agreed interest rate for KRW 11,884,97,09,00,000 per annum from October 18, 2019 to the date of full payment of the agreed interest rate for KRW 1,789,09,097,000 per annum from October 18, 2019 to the date of full payment of the agreed interest rate for KRW 20.9% per annum from October 18, 2019 to the date of full payment of the agreed interest rate for KRW 1,789,09,097 on the basis of the second agreement, barring any special circumstance.

2. Determination as to the claim against Defendant C and D

(a) Indication of claims: To be as shown in the reasons for the claims;

(b) Grounds for recognition: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted. It is so decided as per Disposition.
