Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 18:40 on November 17, 2014, the Defendant driven a DNA cargo vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.093% from a section of about 500 meters to the front road located in the Jacheon-si, Seocheon-si, Jacheon-si, Jacheon-si, to the road in front of C.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA cargo vehicle.

At around 18:40 on November 17, 2014, the Defendant driven the three-lane road in the direction of Echeon-si B along the two-lane distance from Echeon-si to Emb.

At the time of the defendant's frontline, freight cars are in the atmosphere of E driving F, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by properly operating the steering gear and brake system and maintaining the safety distance from the front, with the driver's duty of care to prevent accidents.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by its occupational negligence, the injury of the victim G (the 87-year old-age) who was accompanied by the said cargo on the ground of approximately 14 weeks of the injury, such as the mouth of abandonment, etc. on the left-hand pelle, the injury of the victim H (the 58-year-age-old pelle) who requires approximately 14 weeks of medical treatment, and the injury of the victim I (the 55-year-old pelle pelle pelle pelle) who was on the left-hand pelle in need of medical treatment for about 10 weeks of the injury.
