1. Defendants A, B, C, and D shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person, other than Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, or Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall not engage in an act of offering property or financial benefits (hereinafter referred to as “similar act”) to a person who correctly predicted sports betting tickets or similar things, and shall not open a place or space for gambling for profit.
