A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on December 29, 2016, the Defendant owned B vehicles that were not covered by mandatory insurance, and operated the said vehicles at the entrances of the Busan Metropolitan City captain-gun, Busan Metropolitan City captain-gun, the Do captain-gun, the Do governor-gun, the coast guard.
