Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

As a result, the Defendants stolen the victim's property together with E.

2. On August 17, 2012, the Defendants in violation of the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act performed alcohol at the main point operated by the victim L L in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, as well as E on August 17, 2012, and the Defendants waiting in the table. In order to pay 420,000 won the alcohol value, E presented the stolen slot card to N who is an employee of the said main point as if he was a legitimate licensee, and signed the card and obtained a stolen credit card with the approval of 420,000 won of the price, and by issuing it.

The Defendants conspired with E to use the stolen credit card in collusion with the aforementioned method from 07:17 the same day to 07:17 of the same day by approving a total of 2,100,000 won of the market price on five occasions, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
