Defendant 1 was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes Nos. 1 through 30 per annum of the annexed list of crimes, 31.0 per annum of the annexed list of crimes.

Punishment of the crime

On February 28, 2014, the defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution on August 8, 2014 in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch's imprisonment with prison labor for night-time intrusion, larceny, and larceny, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 8, 2014, and is currently in the grace period.

Around January 25, 2014, the Defendant posted a letter that “the gift certificates shall be sold in KRW 100,000,000,” which is an Internet smartphone, at the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and 201, the Defendant posted a letter that “the ticket shall be sold in KRW 100,000,000,” and said letter was false if the victim D wired the contact to KRW 100,000,000,000 on January 25, 2014.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim, received on January 25, 2014 from the victim D, KRW 100,000 from the victim D to the agricultural bank account under the name of the Defendant.

In addition, the Defendant, from that time to April 2, 2014, by using the Internet “routter” or “Jinara” website from that time as indicated in the attached list of crimes, deceivings the victims as if they were to sell the goods in the item column of the name in the above list of crimes, and then, the victims were remitted to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant to the national bank account or the agricultural bank account in the name of the Defendant.
