1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 154,097,824 and KRW 144,961,801 among the Defendants, from July 17, 2015 to September 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no basis (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. Part partially dismissed: Provided, That the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. (amended on September 25, 2015) shall apply, and the portion of the claim that exceeds the scope shall be dismissed.
