Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2015, around 11:00, the Defendant driven a CM5-car without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle with approximately KRW 90 km from the front of the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City B to the front of the Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun to the front of the shooting distance.
