1. The defendant is marked with the attached sheet No. 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 13 among the attached sheet No. 20,826 square meters of land in Busan Seo-gu, Busan.

In the absence of dispute or comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings, evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the defendant is obligated to remove the above building and deliver the land to the plaintiff, who is the owner of the land, unless there is no title to justify the occupation of the land due to the possession of the above building, as long as the land has no title to justify the occupation of the land.

Since the defendant purchased the above building from D, the plaintiff's claim is groundless, but the fact that the defendant purchased the building cannot be viewed as a right to justify the occupation of the land owned by others.

Therefore, the defendant's argument is without merit.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
