1. Defendant C’s KRW 20 million and its relation to the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from February 17, 2012 to November 10, 2015.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 19, 2003, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with Defendant B to pay the remainder of KRW 40 million on January 30, 2004, with the purchase price of KRW 90,000,000 for KRW 20,000,000 for a contract, and the intermediate payment of KRW 30 million is paid by November 8, 2003, and the remainder of KRW 40,000 for a payment of KRW 40,000 on January 30, 2004.
