Punishment of the crime

Around October 27, 2016, the Defendant, along with B, established and operated the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C and the “FAE” in subparagraph D, and re-registered the Defendant’s inside director and B as the representative director, respectively, and registered the transfer of the patent and design rights to the “F” held by the Defendant to the KAE. However, on December 16, 2016, the Defendant, in the course of running the business, had the objection to B and the payment of funds, had the foregoing patent and design rights registered as the transfer of rights to the KAE to re-transfer the Defendant’s name.
