Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation as to this case is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for the addition of some contents as since then, thereby citing this case as is in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The second written judgment of the court of the first instance shall add "after the diagnosis" to " July 3, 2013" following the second written judgment.

Fifth, following the third sentence of the first instance court’s judgment, the following points are added: “In accordance with the result of the physical commission of the head of the Gannam University Hospital of the party branch, I think that the examination of the above hospital would have contributed to a certain portion of the credit while changing the emuliity in light of age and radiation opinion. The degree of contribution of the accident is not accurately known, but it is reasonable to determine the amount of the accident at least 25%.”

2. As such, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
