A는 2014. 3. 중순경 인천 남구 E건물 B01호에 있는 상호가 없는 게임장에서 사행성 전자식 유기기구인 ‘바다이야기’ 게임기를 이용하여 게임장을 운영할 것을 마음먹고, F, 피고인 B, 피고인 C, G을 종업원으로 고용하여 피고인 A는 게임장 업주로서 게임장의 전반적인 관리를 하며 속칭 ‘깜깜이차’를 이용하여 손님을 위 게임장에 데리고 오고 손님들에게 게임포인트를 환전해주는 등의 일을, F, 피고인 B, 피고인 C, G은 종업원으로서 손님들의 자리를 안내하고, 현금을 받아 게임포인트를 카드에 적립해주고, 손님들에게 담배나 커피 심부름을 하는 등의 일을 하기로 모의하였다.

Defendants, F, and G are subject to the above conspiracy from around 16:00 on March 17, 2014 according to the above conspiracy.
