A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On July 2, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car as around 17:00, while driving it at a speed of about 20 kilometers a speed of 17:0,000, the front of the high school, which is located in the Ulsan-gu multilateral movement, was driving from the apartment on the side of the Dong apartment at a speed of about 20 kilometers a speed.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim C, the victim G (at 30 years old), and the victim E, respectively, on the part of the Defendant, on the part of the Defendant: (a) the victim H, who took advantage of the said rocketing car, with approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and (b) the victim H, who took advantage of the said rocketing car, with approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license) are set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article without obtaining a driver’s license under the influence of alcohol content 0.160% from the Do in front of the historic relics in the two sides of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the place indicated in paragraph (1).
