Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2017, the Defendant, while driving a B car siren on January 15, 2017, while driving from the direction direction to the racing along one-lane of the two-lane ridges, the Defendant neglected to perform his/her duty of her front clock on the front side, thereby neglecting to comply with the signal, thereby causing the victim C (V, 71 years old) who walk the crosswalk pursuant to the pedestrian signals on the front side of the direction direction direction direction, and caused the victim to die of brain damage from among the front side of the above vehicle at the Dong University Hospital located in the front seat of the racing at around 07:36 of the same day.
