A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle with a d pertaining to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On April 28, 2018, the Defendant driven the above Am-to-face 1 with alcohol content of 0.204% while under the influence of alcohol at around 13:40, the Defendant driven the above Am-to-face 3-lane E in front of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, by driving the said Amar 3-lane 3-lane at the speed of about 30km from the parallel side of the west-gu, Ulsan-do.

A driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by accurately operating the operation and steering gear of the motor vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, driven a hurfed vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and suffered injury to the victim F, such as curfed salt, tension, etc., in need of a two-day medical treatment, on the part of the victim H (55) boarding the said hurf vehicle, resulting in an injury to the victim H (55) of the hurf that requires a two-day medical treatment, on the part of the victim I (53 hurf) who boarded the said hurf vehicle, and on the part of the other victim I (53 hurf) who boarded the hurf vehicle in need of a two-day medical treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.204% of alcohol concentration in blood at approximately 500 meters from the Do in front of K in the north-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S. to the front road of the Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S..., the Defendant driven the said Aburged vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
