Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2019, at around 21:05, the Defendant driven DK 5 automobiles while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.062% at the 3km section from the Do in front of the city of Jinju to the bottom of Jinju located in the same Dong-dong of the same city.
