A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car C in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

The Defendant, around 14:50 on March 15, 2017, changed the course to the two-lanes while driving along the Cheongra International City which is located as the salary water in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.

A person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to make a change of course by operating a direction direction, etc. and give an advance notice of change of course and to change the vehicle line in the future and after the change of traffic situation.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.150% in blood, was driven by the victim D(40) who was parked in the second lane by negligence while driving the said Rasp car while driving the said Rasp car at a two-lane, and was driven by the Defendant, who followed the Rasp car in front of the said Rasp car.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and suffered injury to the victim D, such as dump, tensions, etc., in need of a two-day medical treatment for about two weeks, and suffered injury to the victim F (F) who was the passenger of the said rocketing passenger car, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of a two-day medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim G (46 years of age) by the victim for about two weeks of medical treatment.

2. Around 14:50 on March 15, 2017, the Defendant driven a C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.150% from a distance of about 11km to the shooting distance at the entrance of the Cheongdo International City, as from the day front of the Ganpo-si, Gyeonggi-si, Kimpo-si, the two cities of Gyeonggi-si to the Ganpo-si, Kimpo-si, Incheon.
