A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant came to school with the victim B (V, 49 years of age) and the first policeman on March 2017, and came to school around September 2018.

1. Violence;

A. On April 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) asked “D” restaurant located in Gangnam-si C, Gangnam-si, 2018, that “I would like to arrange de facto marriage relations between the Defendant and the dead woman; (b) would at any time change of business registration; and (c) assaulted the victim’s face by hand, i.e., one time at the victim’s face; and (d) moving the victim out of the restaurant to the back seat of the vehicle by taking the victim out of the restaurant.”

B. On September 20, 2018, around 13:30 on September 20, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head at one time on the ground that the victim’s head was not visible while parked in the “E” restaurant parking lot located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

C. At around 12:00 on September 27, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim by hand on the ground that he did not fit his opinion while talking about the victim and his family in the location of the plastic terminal.

2. Intimidation;

A.
