The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the person who served as C Managing Director Co., Ltd.

On April 12, 2006, the Defendant showed the printed contents of “land purchase in the year 2007” in the book of Giet comprehensive development plan and book produced from F Co., Ltd. from the Hanam-si D's clothes store, and falsely concluded that “The development is certain in the year 2007, and only in the case of fraud, it is the land in which it will come back.”

In the H cafeteria, Hanam-si, “The land shall be purchased from F from 2007. The inside of the Republic of Korea has invested in the casino land, and the compensation may be paid to the extent that it has been paid KRW 500-6 million per square year. Some of the land is received as a store, and a monthly income is earned. Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim by the above methods, sold to the victim KRW 4,297 per average officially assessed individual land price in 2006, KRW 10,000 per actual market price to KRW 350,000 per square year, and sold to the victim KRW 10,000 per square year, KRW 28 million on April 7, 2006, KRW 28 million on April 28, 2006, and KRW 1 million on May 17, 2006, from the victim’s bank account in the name of the Defendant (K).
