Punishment of the crime

The defendant has an office in Busan Suwon-gu B and fourth floor and operates a telephone room with a trade name C.

No advertisement, etc. (excluding advertisements, etc. prescribed by Presidential Decree) shall be displayed or installed in an area, place, or object prescribed by Presidential Decree in order to preserve scenic landscapes and public morals, prevent harm to the general public, and create a healthy and pleasant living environment among certain areas, places, or objects.

Accordingly, the defendant set up advertisements on objects that should not be installed.

2. On August 2014, the Defendant attached the advertisements ( approximately 30 cm x 20 cm x 20 cm x m) on which a word 's only name' or G' is indicated on the traffic safety signs and traffic signal apparatus, from the shooting distance in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant set up advertisements on objects that should not be installed.

3. The Defendant attached, around August 2014, the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, Yangcheon-gu M, to a large number of telegramss, advertisements containing “Grified N, N, women free telephone,” “Manmany or women free shop G,” respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant set up advertisements on objects that should not be installed.

4. "2015 ancient72".

A. From Apr. 20, 2014 to Sept. 2014, the Defendant respectively described the advertisements, such as “Mannam H”, “Man Mann Mann or G,” “Gun Mann Mann or N,” and “Man Mann or P,” on a large number of telegrams poles, streetlight poles, etc., in ancient-do-dong, Mann-dong, Mann-do-ro, Mann, Mann, Mann or P, etc., respectively.
