1. Details of the disposition;

A. On November 3, 1990, the Plaintiff was appointed as a police officer on October 21, 1998, and served for the police officer on March 7, 2006, as an Inspector, and on October 1, 2013, and served for the National Police Station B Team during the service from July 14, 2016 to February 17, 2017.

B. On February 9, 2017, the head of the competent police station demanded a disciplinary decision on the grounds that the Plaintiff committed the following misconducts (hereinafter “instant misconducts”). On February 17, 2017, the Defendant made a demotion by applying Article 78(1)1, 2, and 3 of the State Public Officials Act to the Plaintiff on the grounds that the Plaintiff violated Articles 56 (Duty of Good Faith), 57 (Duty of Reinstatement), and 63 (Duty of Maintenance of Dignity) of the State Public Officials Act (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
