1.(a)
Defendant A, among the first floor of the building listed in the attached Form A, has each point in the attached Form A, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant A, B, and D is the implementer of the Housing Redevelopment Project (hereinafter “instant rearrangement Project”), which is implemented on the scale of 210350 square meters in Seongdong-gu I, Sungnam-si (hereinafter “instant rearrangement Project”); on June 26, 2017, the Sungnam-si Mayor authorized the instant management and disposal plan of the instant rearrangement project (hereinafter “instant management and disposal plan”); and on the same day publicly notified the instant management and disposal plan on the same date; the Defendant A, among the first floor of the building indicated in the attached Form, connected each point of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 1, 9.14 square meters in the attached Form No. 1, 2, 32 square meters in the attached Form No. 1, 32, 32 square meters in the attached Form No. 1, 4, 500 square meters in the attached Form No. 2, and 9.2, 35 square meters in the attached Form No.
According to the above facts, the defendants are obligated to deliver each part of the defendants' possession to the plaintiff who acquired the right to use and profit as the implementer of the instant improvement project and completed the payment of compensation following the expropriation ruling.
The plaintiff's claim against the defendants shall be accepted for all reasons, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
b. Claim against Defendant C, E, F, G, and H
(a) Indication of claim: A claim filed by the plaintiff to the purport that the plaintiff seeks the delivery of part of the attached building located within the said rearrangement project zone as the implementer of the housing redevelopment project being implemented in the area of 210350 square meters in Seongdong-gu I, Seongdong-si, and thus, the management and disposal plan of the said rearrangement project is authorized and publicly notified;
(b) Grounds for recognition: Confession;
