A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Then, the Defendant laid knife a knife ( approximately 32 cm in total length, approximately 20 cm in knife) that is a dangerous object stored in the state of the state of the incident, and told the Defendant to the effect that “Neen knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife)”

Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous plastic broom, and assaults the victim, and carried a dangerous knife and threatened the victim.
