A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013Kadan4331] On July 23, 2013, the Defendant discovered a prefabricated-type panel equivalent to approximately KRW 500,000,00 in the market price owned by the victim D, which was kept in the first floor parking lot of the building C in Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, and stolen it by using any cres in the surrounding area.

[2014 Highest 351] On September 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) loaded a G cargo vehicle parked in front of the “F” restaurant located in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, with the Defendant’s 2.4 million won worth on the hand 5 Kbox’s 6gbox market price, found and prepared in advance.
