A. The Plaintiff is a project undertaker who constructed and sold “B”, a multi-family housing located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant multi-family housing”) and Defendant B’s representative meeting (hereinafter “Defendant B’s meeting”) includes the phrase “the council of occupants’ representatives” in the name of the management body’s meeting comprised of the owners of the instant multi-family housing, but is not the council of occupants’ representatives as prescribed by the Housing Act.
