1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BP car.

On February 16, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car on the 18:23rd day of February, 2015, and proceeded ahead of the D cafeteria, which is located in the Hanam City, to the lower south of the 5-lane (including the central bus exclusive lane) from the yellow Dust street, at about 65 km each hour along the two-lane.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to cerebral ties, etc. in the Gannam University Hospital of Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, 892 (Seoul Eastdong 149), where the victim was under the follow-up treatment at around 12:58 on February 17, 2015 by occupational negligence.
