Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2015, at around 14:00, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the left-hand elbows, fluorites, and tensions in front of the public service center of the south-dong police station located in 668, Nam-dong, Incheon, Incheon, with respect to a complaint case different from the conduct of the victim C (33:00) and the victim's body fighting, and caused an assault by means of shakeing the part of the victim's arms, and caused an injury to the left-hand elbows, fluorites, and tension.
