Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On July 22, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Cheongju District Court, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Changwon District Court on April 16, 2009. On February 22, 2012, the Daegu District Court sentenced four years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daegu District Court on February 22, 2012. On June 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on December 13, 2017.
[1] The Defendant, at around 10:00 on December 20, 2017, invaded the victim D’s residence in Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do around 10:0, and invaded the inside of the victim D through the bera window using the bridge, between the victim’s net gold and cash KRW 70,000,000 from that time to March 6, 2018. The Defendant invaded the victim’s residence over 10 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the separate sheet of crimes, and who was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with prison labor for larceny, committed attempted to steals or steals the victim’s property.

As a result, the defendant intrudes on the residence of the victim, and was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, and stolen the property of the victim.
