A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 19, 2018, the Defendant damaged property: (a) at the main point of “D” operated by the Victim C in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on August 19, 2018, the Defendant laid three chairs, two flowers, and two cups on the floor of the instant main points to listen to the talk that the Defendant “B only drink and drink” was frighted by the victim.

2. 피해자 C에 대한 특수상해 피고인은 위 일시, 장소에서 제1항 기재와 같이 물건을 부순 것에 대하여 피해자 C(여, 48세)로부터 욕설을 듣자, 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴과 머리 등을 수회 때리고 피해자를 밀어 넘어트린 후 발로 피해자의 배 부분을 찼고, 계속하여 바닥에 있던 위험한 물건인 깨진 화분 조각으로 피해자의 팔 부분을 긁었다.

3.
