A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a knife car.

At around 19:50 on April 8, 2012, the Defendant proceeded with a two-lane road in front of the mid-distance radius in the middle-distance bank located in the Sinsan-si, Busan-si, along the two-lane in the middle-distance bank.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, stopped to the victim E for about two weeks of injury to brain dead sugar, etc. requiring medical treatment for the victim G for about two weeks of injury to the victim G, and escaped without taking measures such as providing rescue to the victim I (the victim I (the age 11) who was in company with the victim G car, for about two weeks of injury to the climatic base, etc. requiring medical treatment for about two weeks of injury to the victim J (the age 10), and for about two weeks of injury to the climatic base, etc. requiring medical treatment for about two weeks of injury to the victim J (the age 6).
