Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2014, the Defendant was driving a GWz car on G on July 18:45, and the Defendant was driving in the direction of the 288 Seodaemun-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul to the sublimin intersection from the 6rd direction to the sublimin intersection, and the Defendant stopped the car at the request of H at the border of the Seoul beneficiary Police Station affiliated with the Seoul beneficiary Police Station, where he was engaged in traffic management service on the sublimin intersection.

The driver's license was required to present the driver's license by inserting the arms to the window of the driver's seat while informing the defendant of the violation of the signal.

The Defendant sought to start a car as it is while resisting that there was no violation of the signal, and the Defendant added a driver’s seat door (side under the window) while intending to set up a car between this moment, but continued as it is, and the said H had approximately 10 meters up on the floor and exceeded the floor.

As a result, the Defendant started the car, which is a dangerous object, to have the above H go beyond the floor with its carbon force, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning traffic control.

(3) In light of the aforementioned facts, the above facts can be found as follows: (a) while the above H puts the window of the driver's seat of the Defendant's vehicle, it is found that the above H goes beyond 10 meters away from the floor by her carbon force on the wind of the Defendant's vehicle; and (b) as stated in the facts charged, the Defendant is not acknowledged to have operated the above H at a 10-meter level on the vehicle (the criminal, actual investigation report, traffic accident occurrence report, the police statement to H, the statement of H is consistent with the police, the statement at the prosecution and court of the Defendant, the statement at the court of the Defendant's police, the witness's court, and the degree of injury to H (Evidence 9 victim's name, the body of the police officer, the body of the arms, and the list of evidence evidence No. 10).
