A is the school superintendent of H driving school in the 20th National Assembly member D constituency E political party and F, who is a candidate, and the H driving school in G, and Defendant B is the driver of the motor vehicle in the framework of the above driving school.

No one shall support or recommend a political party or candidate, or distribute the name of a political party and printed matters indicating the name of a candidate, without using methods, such as directly giving the name cards of a preliminary candidate, by one person designated by 1 from among persons accompanying a preliminary candidate, in order to influence the election from 180 days before the election day to the election day, and no one shall conduct an election campaign before the election campaign period is

Nevertheless, around March 8, 2016, the Defendants did not designate the name cards of preliminary candidates at the Jeonnam I community center, but distributed all 21 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes, 118 copies of the above F's publicity name cards and 18 parliamentary reports and 18 copies of the above F's parliamentary report, from that time, for the purpose of promoting the above F.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to support and recommend candidates or distribute printed matters indicating the names of political parties and candidates' names to influence the election from 180 days before the election day to the election day, and at the same time, conducted an election campaign prior to the election campaign period.
