The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The outline of the facts charged shall be as shown in attached Form;
(Provided, the facts charged are crimes falling under Articles 109(1) and 36 of the Labor Standards Act, which are crimes of non-violation of will under Articles 109(2) and 36 of the Labor Standards Act. Since it is apparent in the record that the victims indicated in the attached list of crimes have withdrawn all their wish to punish the Defendant around August 16, 2013, after the prosecution of this case was instituted, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
