A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 30, 2016, the Defendant requested the victim to settle money consumed by the wife E at the time at the time of the victim’s home, the mother, at around 14:30 on June 30, 2016, the present state building fire prevention (2016 height 106) of the present state building (hereinafter referred to as “the victim’s house”) had the victim’s answer that “I do not have any money,” and she saw the victim’s answer that “I do not have any money,” and she sleeped, she sleeped into two kitchens and a new house located on the floor of the kitchen and the new wall in which the victim’s house was prepared in advance at the time of the victim’s house.

2. Special intimidation (2017 Gohap6) around 17:45 on October 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated the Victim G (n, 50 years of age) located in Hacheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun F, and sought to “H restaurant” in which the former E is an employee; (b) tried to go out of the Republic of Korea by drinking his own money with another male and drinking with his own money before towing; (c) the victim prevented the Defendant; (d) the Victim G was able to stop with the Defendant; and (d) the Victim G appeared to have seen the Victim G with a deadly weapon, which is a deadly weapon (15 cm on the day blade); and (e) followed, the Victim G, who was a fraudulent act of the victim G, who was in contact with the restaurant, followed the Defendant’s attitude toward the victim and the Defendant I again expressed the victim’s attitude toward the said victim and the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened victims by carrying a deadly weapon.
