Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of BMW car volume.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle other than those as prescribed by the Presidential Decree, on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

On August 31, 2016, the Defendant operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 1 km section from the 80m sections of the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-dong to the 11:30-dong, Daegu-dong, to the 80-ro of the same safe-ro.
