1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,520,994 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 8, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 8, 2019 to the date following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case claimed by the plaintiff, which is the date of payment of KRW 36,520,94, since it is recognized that the plaintiff supplied machinery parts, such as beering and gly lamps, to the defendant from August 2017, and did not receive KRW 36,520,94 for the supply price.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified within the above scope of recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed as there is no ground.
