Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person using Internet NAVAD 'C', and the victim D works in E' and is considered as a person who stands in favor of customers under the honor of "F".

On March 25, 2016, the Defendant, at around 18:58 on March 25, 2016, posted a statement to the effect that “the victim was replaced by the victim” on the Internet website at his own residence located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by accessing the Internet NAVVB website, and that “C” was able to see that the victim was “the victim was dead.”
