Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2013, at around 17:15, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a BM3 car at a section of about 10 km from the road near the Chungcheong University located in the Chungcheongbuk-si, to the point where 235 km is situated on the road in the same city.
