Criminal facts

The Defendant is a person who acts as a standing director or general secretary, an incorporated association, consisting of former C-Si Council members after serving as a member of the first C-Si Council, and E is a person who goes through the intraparty competition for the recruitment of a candidate to the Governor of the T-Do Governor of the F Party implemented on May 10, 2014.

In the intra-party competition for which voting rights are granted to any party member and any person who is not a party member, any political party shall not conduct a competition campaign using methods other than installing an election campaign office or installing and posting signboards, signboards or placards at the said election campaign office, directly stating the names, etc. of any candidate for the intra-party competition or appeal for support by any candidate for the intra-party competition, distributing campaign materials of one kind prepared by any candidate for the intra-party competition only once and holding joint speeches or joint debates indoor

In addition, no person shall make contributions for a person who intends to be a candidate with respect to an election.

On April 9, 2014, the Defendant appears to be a clerical error in G, a member of an incorporated association, and “X” as stated in the indictment.

H, I, J, K, L, M, N,O, P, Q 11 calls to the total of 11 persons, “I want to have members of the E Council be engaged in personnel affairs. I want to attend a meeting for time.”

On April 9, 2014, around 18:30 on R, the Defendant: (a) introduced a summary of E, “as soon as possible, the 19 persons, including the said 11 persons, were present at R’s cafeteria; and (b) settled KRW 191,900 for food expenses of the said 19 persons.”

As a result, the defendant called a former C-Si Council member and appealed for support for E, thereby doing a competition campaign in a way that is not in accordance with the Public Official Election Act, and made a contribution for E to be a candidate for the Do Governor.
