1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 2, 2004, Lone Star C&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Lone Star C”) concluded a joint collateral agreement with the Korea Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Savings Bank”), the Promotion Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Promotion Savings Bank”), the Gyeonggi Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Game Savings Bank”), and the Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant Savings Bank”) on the joint collateral of each of the buildings listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”), which are owned by Lone Star C&C owners, to secure their respective loans against the Savings Bank (hereinafter “instant real estate”), and registered each of the instant real estate with respect to the instant real estate establishment agreement with the Savings Bank as a joint collateral to secure its loans to the Mate Savings Bank, Inc. (hereinafter “Mate Savings Bank”). On the same day, each of the instant real estate was registered with each of the instant Savings Bank as well as each of the instant Savings Bank as follows.

The contract concluded on December 2, 2004, between the mortgagee and the maximum debt amount of a mortgage-backed creditor, Korea Savings Bank 21,400,000,000 won for a contract concluded on December 2, 2004, Lone Star C&C in the amount of KRW 17,500,000,000,000, which is a contract concluded on December 2, 2004, with the Gyeonggi Savings Bank 5,700,000,000 won for a contract concluded on December 2, 2004

B. After that, on January 31, 201, the savings banks of this case transferred to B their respective collateral security claims and respective collateral security claims with respect to Lone StarC, and completed the additional registration of transfer of each collateral security claims based on the transfer of confirmed claim with respect to the real estate of this case on the same day. On the other hand, B acquired each of the credit security claims with respect to B on the same day.
