Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14:35, 2014, the Defendant obstructed permitted assemblies, such as voiceing, i.e., assaulting, hinginging, hinginginging, hinginginginginginging, hinginginginginging, hinginginginging, hinginginging, hinginginging, etc., of an organization near the crosswalk B of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. Accordingly, the Defendant made a request to the Defendant that “a police officer, etc. belonging to the 21 police squad C, who interfered with the permitted assemblies, moving to another place.”

The Defendant, upon receiving the above request from the above C, etc., committed an assault by the police officer, who would interfere with an individual’s right to speak, such as the face of the above C at one time, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the assembly and demonstration management.
