Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that the facts charged in the indictment do not disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, some correction or correction was made according to facts obtained through the examination of evidence.

The defendant is the husband of the victim B (n, 37 years of age), the victim C (n, 35 years of age), and the victims of non-name are the victims of the subway.

1. Around April 13, 2019, the Defendant, within the Defendant’s house located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, a mobile phone camera, taken 2-minute 34 seconds of video clips of the victim, and taken the body of the victim in the same way 22 times in total from around that time to September 27, 2019, such as the list Nos. 1 to 22 of the crime list.

2. Around September 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) collected a mobile phone camera from the victim’s house care room located in the building E E, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the lower part of the victim’s house care room; and (b) taken a photograph of the inside part of the victim’s buckbucks.

3. On March 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) on the part of the victims in the name of the victim, in the subway that moved to the unknown stations of the Seoul subway No. 2; (b) on the part of the victim, the victim who was seated with a short-string of the verification color using the cell phone camera, and taken a video image for about about 45 seconds of the victim’s buckbucks where the first-to-face was exposed to the victim; and (c) from around that time to September 27, 2019, the Defendant taken the body of the victims in the name of the victims in the same way as shown in [Attachment List No. 24-48] Nos. 24 and 48, all of which were 25 times in total.

Ultimately, the defendant is 48 times in total by the victims who may cause sexual humiliations using the camera or other similar devices such as the attached list.
