A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than nine months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant leased Nos. 409, 816, 1108, and 1209 of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, and operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of "D by employing female employees engaged in sexual traffic."

On July 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) directed at around 23:00, the Defendant received KRW 110,000 as the price for commercial sex acts from E and received KRW 400,00 from the said officetel 409; (b) posted advertisements on the Internet website from May 19, 2015 to July 16, 2015; and (c) arranged commercial sex acts by allowing sexual intercourse with the female sexual traffic women waiting to receive KRW 80,00 or KRW 150,00 from the male customers who discovered the advertisement.
